Our projects are designed for function and aesthetic concerns, with retail and environmental awareness mixed in. Commercial development requires experts in permitting and engineering, and entails defining environments that will attract clientele and accommodate employee need.
The Verde Highlands project includes 42,328 square feet of available commercial space on approximately 3.2 acres. This project provided a level of commercial opportunity that was not currently available any where else in the area. SEC provided the engineering and entitlement processing which consisted of General Plan Amendments, Public Participation, Rezoning, and Preliminary and Final Platting. SEC worked closely with the developer and the project architect to create a site grading plan that worked with the current condition as well as with ADOT requirements. The drainage particularly needed to address the standards of the Town without negatively effecting the ADOT right-of-way.
